Pivot Homes Group (PHG) was founded by Jayden Vo, a realtor whose career began not in a boardroom, but on the ground floor of Victoria's short-term rental market. Starting in 2019, Jayden built and managed a portfolio of Airbnb properties, gaining hands-on experience in property renovation, staging, and market positioning. That entrepreneurial foundation gave him a distinct edge: a deep, practical understanding of what makes a property truly valuable.

Inspired by his success, Jayden earned his Realtor® license and joined Royal LePage, where he refined his craft from 2020 to 2022. On March 31, 2022, the date we now celebrate as our founding anniversary, he launched Pivot Homes Group and joined eXp Realty, giving the team access to a global technology platform and international referral network that amplifies results for every client.

Since then, PHG has helped hundreds of families across Greater Victoria find their dream homes. The results have spoken for themselves, with Jayden earning the eXp ICON Award for outstanding achievement, as well as both the Silver and Gold MLS Awards: honours reflecting not just transaction volume but also the trust and satisfaction of every client served.
